Have you tried Orangetheory? If you’re open to suggestions, I really enjoy their formula. The classes are an hour and include weights and treadmill cardio. They coach to power walkers,runners and joggers. They also have daily weight lifting. I’ve only power walked and still see progress 2 years in.
