These can be really fun to write! I have a few vampire/human pairs that do this for feeding purposes.

It makes for such a good scenario!

Marcel has some trauma surrounding lack of communication, and a cornerstone relationship of Corbin's dissolved because of a communication breakdown, so he's made it an effort to make everything as clear as possible and, if anything is wrong, to sit down and talk. 2/2

chemistry isn't clicking, then the relationship ends, simple as that. I might keep that as a backstory piece and write a different thing for each of those characters, but their story together has ended.

Hearing is another one that's heightened. Hyper-focus on sighs, breaths, and words. The taste of sweet and sensual things. Sight is really important to narrow the lens of the character. I steer away from smell unless there's something alluring about it, either in perfume or candles or something. 2/2
