Yeah it's closer to a quesadilla. French Tacos are less healthy I think. It's funny cause with my wife we wondered why it's called a Taco a couple of months ago... Turns out we don't know by who and when exactly it was invented 😆

As a French person: naming it Taco is a nonsense, but it's absolutely not a Panini. It's not bread, it's a tortilla. It's delicious btw, if well realized.
