I slow cooked a beef brisket in garlic and onion infused blueberry wine for 12 hours. After it fell apart I added starch to the juice to make a gravy to put on before topping it with sharp cheddar cheese and served with a side of steak fries

This is the best pan pizza I've ever eaten 😮
325g bread flour
12g salt
20g sugar
10g yeast
½ stick melted butter
175g water
Mix 100°F water, yeast, and sugar, let rest for 10 min.
Mix dry's and wets. Knead. Let rest until doubled in size.
Press into a cast iron pan
350 for 20 minutes ish

This is probably the first time in my adult life that I've set up a Christmas tree on my own. Mini would've destroyed them. But Zen is too old and tired too go after it I think. I hope.

My version of Copperdale High School. Full gymnasium and pool room with locker rooms, art, crafting and science wing, 4 classrooms, library, AV room, and music room with instruments by JaneSimsten. Men's rooms has urinal CC.
