They aren't masked Goons they are federal agents and my point is they use work to citizenship agencies to lure Latinos into working there at a lower wage. Most are on 6 mo visas and end up overstaying and nobody really was checking on their status until. Mr potato got into office.

the Free Exercise Clause does not give individuals the right to harm others under the guise of religion. For example, it does not protect a person from punishment for abusing their family, regardless of their religious claims.

As a conscientious observer whenever protesters cross over right of ways to create a direct conflict with law enforcement then they are True threats: These are serious expressions of intent to commit an act of unlawful violence against a particular individual or group and are not protected.

Actually if you breach the peace and physically attack law enforcement or engage in a breach of peace it is not protected. Rule one break the law by following stalking, targeted harassment, or intimidation any of these breaches of law and you lose that protection

simpler way stay home and stop targeting law enforcement. Study the laws and know what they are before running off into a illegal act disguised as a protest.
