I think that it’s just a beginner thing??? I have the same. I did a procreate workshop last summer and I already forgot everything I’ve learned. I think it’s just trial and error and hoping it will stick at some point

Social media apps on my phone isn’t my problem it’s the scrolling. I can also spend way to much time on instagram on my laptop believe it or not 😅 the best for me is just to place my phone out of sight
