It's clear now that Trump really has no idea what's going on. He believes he's the expert on tariffs but might listen to Bessent if the markets tank. On everything else he just parrots Fox News and does whatever Miller,Musk, Bobby Jr etc tell him. He has no idea what's really going on.

According to NPR, the VA, as of May 1, ended the VA Servicing Purchase program. This mortgage-rescue program had so far helped about 20,000 veterans avoid foreclosure and keep their homes. However, nearly 90,000 VA loans are seriously past due, with 33,000 of those in the foreclosure process...

So JD Vance makes an Easter visit to Rome where 1) His 40-vehicle entourage clogs the city's streets, and 2) He demands the Coliseum be closed so he and his family could tour it alone. He's apparently the first person to make that demand. (And then he doesn't bother to show up.) What a crass act...
