They also have a mandatory retirement age of 50 due to the stressful nature of the job and natural cognitive decline. Which I believe was a congressional mandate. ALSO, their Messiah, Reagan IS the reason for the decades long understaffing issues. DOGE just finishing the bullshit Reagan started.
