Sometimes you have a problem with making little edits to the thing you wrote

I seem to have fixed it by copying and pasting the layers over to a new document, and then cropping out some empty space. The layers were still shifting before the crop, though. At least I can maybe finish it without further shifting. If nothing else, the marks will help me line things back up.

Since the Rotate View tool no longer works, I was rotating the entire canvas 90 degrees to make it easier to draw some strokes. But when I rotated back, the layers no longer lined up. It's moving the layers when I rotate the canvas! I tested it by making an identical mark on each layer. What a pain.
