The Sea of Tranquility
Was named in 1651.

It would take just 300 years–
Just 300 long years,
Only 30 decades.
Just 3 long centuries.

It would take a blink in time,
As far as the moon is concerned,
Before we suddenly raced to touch it,
And saw Tranquility for ourselves,
Up close.
