They’re one of my dream plants for sure, but I’ve gotten away from growing tropicals in the last few years.

They’re lucky they “found” such a dedicated gardener!

It’s really amazing! I was fully prepared to write the series off as another “franchise circle jerk” but it really won me over.

The way that they managed to marry big commentary with a gonzo action/fantasy plot is so clever and satisfying.

I don’t know if they’re the *most* underrated, but I love pixies. The spell list is short but sweet and makes for a very tricky encounter if you play it right.

We actually just tried a sample of Saskatoon at a grocery store. It was pretty good, but the sample it tasted like it had gone flat and was a little warm. I wish we’d been able to try it fresh over ice.

I love bitterness and citrus in cocktails in general, so I think Eva’s is probably more my jam.

I think the truth was that this group had very different, but all “big” personalities. The kids didn’t particularly like each other, so the “classroom management” part of it was harder than usual, and the gameplay itself suffered for it.

This is one of my favorites! My players are v empathetic, and it’s a great way to turn that instinct against them!

In our CoS game, on their first visit to Ravenloft, I had them meet orphans that Strahd had taken in. They all went ice skating. One told them “please don’t hurt Daddy.” My players: 🥴

Genius! Hahaha.

They will love that 😅

I do my best to curb the worst of it but allow them a less horrifying version of what they want.
