Until we can recognise our past I feel disingenuous to celebrate our achievements as a nation. I wish to celebrate all the migrants who on this day achieve citizenship and bring their wisdom, hopes, dreams and selves to this nation but I cannot when we do not recognise the value of our Indigenous
