I think they say more about the care put into the stories behind the characters than the skins in-game on their own. Like how Heartsteel is a whole band and their art will portray that but not as much as the in-game model if you solo-q. Also I can see Phel's face in the splash art not on the rift.

Nintendo had a good run. PC will hold you and care for you and do your taxes and not hate you and also run melee and let you watch YouTube while playing Minecraft and I just think its a better buy but im a little biased
