Good to see @commoncause.org come around to the only rational position on redistricting. Late last month the org opposed redistricting in California in response to Trumpist Republicans in Texas and elsewhere going full authoritarian with their maps. This is from a July 24 newsletter.

This comes under the NGA leadership of Gov. Jared Polis, a Democrat who too often lets his inner MAGA show. This weekend he plans to oversee an NGA meeting that includes appearances by two cabinet members from Trump's fascist administration.
