It’s something I’m working on through hopefully adoption of RP but I’m in agreement that there are deeper culture issues (which includes allowing repeat bad behavior) that I’m going to do my best to try and tackle. I may be pushing a boulder uphill but I’m gonna try my best.

Thank you for being willing to share your perspective, experience, and feedback. I am so greatly appreciative of that. Just know that I’m committed to creating a party where truly everyone can participate and feel welcomed (and I know it’s going to require a ton of work).
