When I moved back to Ohio I immediately got chickens. Two of them were the pretty little kind. The next year while I was out of town, my father accidentally shut the stable door on the little orange chicken.

"we aren't anti-union" was what I was told in my disciplinary meeting for bringing it up (I work for the bastard stepchild org aka an ed center which does want to stay neutral and serve everyone even union members).

Yet this is the nonsense I have to clean up after association member meetings.

Among the objects I regret losing is this painting. I let it go to my ex-wife in the divorce. I know nothing about it besides that it is delightfully creepy and expressive.

Over the years, I've often considered painting a reproduction.

I also miss the Dalek, but she built that before I met her.

In conclusion: As the climate warms, Furries face extinction. We've already observed thermoregulatory adaptation and loss of fur on the torso and limbs. In extreme cases, only the head and hands remain furred.
