Ensure Visibility: Display affirming symbols (like "All are Welcome" signs) and actively support Gender and Sexuality Alliances (GSAs).

Protect Confidentiality: Respect their identity at school, only disclosing information on a need-to-know basis and, crucially, with their consent.
