I was in early high school when things began to creep up, but it got bad in college. For some reason a portion of grad school was fine? And then it got worse than ever after. Then I finally pursued a diagnosis when I learned that there were more to sleep disorders than I originally knew.

This is from last year, when I had some company during my 30 minute wait period following allergen immunotherapy. Someone said it’s a bearded hen turkey which I thought was pretty cool!

I’d been waiting to get my next #tattoo for a while now to honor my childhood dog Cosmo but didn’t know what would be best. My talented friend Alphie is an apprentice at Immortal Tattoo Co in #BallstonSpa, NY and once I mentioned it to him, he jumped right on it! I absolutely love my new ink 🐾🪐☀️🌜.

These were my heart rate zone minutes from Tuesday, when I ended up in the ER for what mainly was dehydration from the stomach flu. Way to go me😂.

Also, shoutout to my care team… Ellis Hospital in #Schenectady often is known for bad experiences but this visit was exceptional.
