Sure. Most people will die still owing money to the bank. The debt is forced onto the next if kin, or the bank takes the house. Either way, the bank wins and people never actually own their houses, but they remain responsible for the upkeep.

As someone who has administered the MOCA countless times, I am nearly certain this guy scores at least in the mild neurocognitive disorder range, if not lower. The fact that he thinks it’s an IQ test says a lot. It’s not an IQ test but a screening of basic cognitive functioning.
