I have resisted home ownership over the years bc IMO a house is a money pit and ours is. But it is what it is & our payment is such that if we're are poor we can still afford it. I've been homeless. Not fun.

Our rate is 2.78 neener neener LOL We will probably never be able to sell bc the average time of selling in our little town is over 8 months. Probably rent it out if we have to move. I should've kept my first house. It'd be worth over a mil now.

Decades ago my first house was 66k, a bit pricey then. Divorced, sold. I’ve had several homes since but then rented for years bc moved around. 4 yrs ago bought a house in OK due to family. It was so much cheaper than renting even here. House isn‘t worth more so no equity either.

Hope to retake. Why aren’t they just taking it like the repubs do? All they do is talk and write letters and do interviews like this. Lmk when they actually do anything besides what they’re doing.

I’ve had several small businesses over the years. I was never excited to pay taxes and I’m putting off opening a much needed business in my small town bc Trump is president.

That's my strategy now too. All you can do is laugh at them, which they hate. There's a woman in town who posts misinformation on her personal FB page. Me and my friend here report her posts. It's petty but we can't do much. I will say she's not posting those now so it does work in a small way.
