Olivia first, because I’m not stupid. Greg second because he’s the most useful and accommodating quadruped. Leet third because that would make Olivia happy and I don’t want more eels in my pod.

It can also mean “that poor thing” in real sympathy…like for illness or tragedy. But the “too stupid to live” is by far the most common usage.

It does seem to be the happening place.
