And I don't blame them. That said, the U.S. will be back. It might take 2 or 3 elections, but it will happen in a better way. Many nations will have learned lessons from the U.S. that will serve them and us better.

Most people don't know the meaning of "plenary" much less what it would mean for Trump to have "plenary authority". Don't expect them to read about it--they won't. All media must explain this clearly and simply.
