Yep! I was in my middle school's Science Club and we did this one field trip. It was cool and weird because we slept on the floor around the dioramas.

My cat literally made friends with a mouse that got in the house. They booped noses and it was adorable. (Mouse was safely shooed out the door)

I've met a couple people that do that. If you hate sad endings, it saves you the heartache.
