Thought I might elaborate more since this project is taking shape, but it’s gonna be a random assortment of Alkaline maps I’ve been cooking up, strewn together with a hub. It’s honestly mostly speed maps but it’s an excuse for me to just make encounters I think are fun and not care so much. #quake

Well, I beat it (and got softlocked in one of the boss fights fucking awesome). It’s alright, I couldnt give less of a fuck about the story if I tried and I think the Lovecraft stuff is a little shoehorned in (they wanted to make a Quake game so bad) but it was still neat. Still better than Eternal.

Hells yeag, I love me some good Qute. Did a lot of it for the start map of my Glade project (for lack of a better title)! The ash tray and martini glasses are prefabs from the Malice jam, but everything else is all me.

For the last few months I’ve started hosting regular LAN parties, which has been pretty fun so far!! One of the games we do a lot is Half-Life DM, and I took it upon myself to try mapping for Half-Life! This is dm_crazyworks_a1! Still very early in development, but it’ll be fun to playtest.

One more small update, but I redid the outside of the Glade! Wasn’t happy with the fact it was just a small room, and I think this overhaul showcases the campaigns aesthetics much more!
