With winter approaching Central Florida, the raptors are returning. While I enjoy watching them, I don't like them hunting in my sanctuary where others find safety. I guess everyone has to eat. Red Tail Hawk 🪶🦉

Blue Birds are shopping!! They spent a couple of hours here, and hopefully have settled on their new nesting box 🪶🦉

Bald Eagles are back in Central Florida. This is a newly established pair, their 2nd year on this nest. The storms last year destroyed their nest, and there were no fledglings. This year looks better, as she had him out getting nesting material today. Fingers crossed. #BaldEagle #birds 🪶
