Absolutely it is a test, and it was always going to come. They know they have to navigate through it, awkward as it now is. Once dealt with, it opens wide and allows them to rinse and repeat, as the civilian body count racks up. Each subsequent death being met with less outage, more resignation.

Did he get cut off at an inopportune moment, but why the hell was he saying "thank you very much" to the families of those who died? I can't think of any context where that is an appropriate thing to say.

Them winning is baked in. Only a small minority of people care or notice that it's AI slop, so the juggernaut's path doesn't alter one bit. Depressing, isn't it?

Did you hear the audio from the Tesla board meeting after the decision? My car stereo sound quality is awful, but I swear they were shouting "sieg heil, sieg heil!"... 😄
