Absolutely agree. Nerd stuff is already introvert focused most of the time. Worst case give the apps a try, be confident, and be comfortable outside your norm dating pool and see what happens! Best case you find someone amazing or make friend connections that lead you elsewhere!

Apps are the easiest for sure, but im a big advocate of meeting people in mutual interest places. Puts you out of the comfort bubble, and let's relationships build more organically. But this coming from the guy who met his husband on Grindr. So ya know whatever feels best. 😅
