In the fuels field that’s always how I’ve seen it done; U-Pu-Zr is metallic fuel, (U, Pu)C would be a mixed carbide, MA-MOX would be (e.g) 70U-25Pu-3Np-2Am oxide. I may run in different circles but I’ve not heard anyone say “MOX” and refer to a metallic / other fueled reactor. Seems like you are?

Bogartz in Bearden just opened and isn’t far from downtown; local chef and a great southern flair. We were there a few weekends ago and while the service staff is all new and getting up to speed, the food was amazing

Last night my son was flipping through my copy that showed up in the mail yesterday. No better way to reintroduce print media to the next generation.
