Block any accounts using somebody else’s photobsuch as those claiming to be Musk with Musk’s picture and name but isn’t him. Block any maga that is rude and vulgar. Before Trump most everybody could have civil political disagreements, now most magas call names, lie repeatedly, are mean just rude

as annoying as it might be, if there are hoops that spam accounts struggle to jump through or add a lot of effort for them, fine, make us all jump through a few hoops to confirm our accounts and validate that we are real people after we made 50 posts or so.
