There's more coconut than banana but sour aficionados will want more sharpness. Still, it's a fun beer as per the nutjob Vault City brief.

Same up north. Restaurant menus waxing about Comber potatoes, Portavogie prawns, County Antrim lamb etc. Beer options? Coors Light, Carlsberg or Rockshore 🙄

Even though this bottle is over 7 months old, its liquid content remains vibrant and light, popping with cardamom and black pepper and I will rue its demise when the stash runs out.

I doubt there are many Hilden bottles out there in the wild so if you see one in the shadows, you know what to do.
