I've been able to mostly keep up with a mood calendar so far for 2025. Green being the best, black being the worst, and then adding little comments to them like a diary. Helps with noticing patterns too, the 2 black ones being 2 weeks apart for example. Interested to see if I get another on Monday.

My mental health has been pretty alright the last week or so. Woke up today, I feel so bad. Also the first time I'm headed to school in a week or so. That's quite the coincidence, isn't it?

Life is rough when your mental takes a dip whenever you try to get an education or a job.
