Do you think Tanner Houck is worth a 15th round keeper in a 12 team categories league?

something I’ve noticed happening more post-Xmas pre-Xmas is a controlled entry, puck carrier gains high slot and then…immediately kicks it outside or to the corner. I know the idea is to try to generate some cycling, but it really seems like they’ve been punting opps to drive the net more than usual
