Ohh I absolutely see The Vision. I love the way Kamen Rider does scenes like this, it’s very something that I don’t know how to describe if that makes sense. Evocative maybe. I also really like how each season sort of has a theme it explores philosophically

Ohh yeah. That is definitely there 😭 I mostly watch the ones from like. The W to Build era (Build is my favorite) and I don’t know much about the older ones. I’ve never seen Faiz or Inoue, what are they about if you want to share?

Which doesn’t absolve it obviously haha but I do think it’s better than a lot of shows with cop main characters. Also I don’t actually remember any misogyny? It’s been a few years though did you hear exactly what the misogyny was out of curiosity

Yeah that makes sense. The main characters are cops and do start out approaching the situation in a very cop-like way but that does actually change and they’re like “oh we’ve been doing something horrible” which I like. And there are episodes critiquing the police as well. (1/2)

He’s from Drive! His name is Chase he’s on the side of the antagonists at first but switches. Drive is really good the antagonists are complex and actually kind of valid in their reasons for doing what they’re doing. I won’t spoil but the resolution to the conflict is good I think. Drive is good
