Why is the 2024 Annual Report missing from this page?

hey @reporterdavidj.bsky.social check this out
January 16, 2026 at 11:18 PM
How many taxpayer dollars are going toward "H-Net Spaces" ?
January 16, 2026 at 7:43 PM
How much did you get paid to post this advertisement?
January 16, 2026 at 7:42 PM
Not gonna lie, they had us in the first half
January 15, 2026 at 9:47 PM
You also claimed H-Net has received "nothing credible" regarding an investigation.

Here is Michigan Department of Civil Rights Case #661772.

The investigation is active. The Case Number is real. Your denial is false.

"Nothing here... shall be interpreted"

You do not get to dictate how your statements are "interpreted." That is for a judge and the Michigan Civil Rights Commission to decide. Since you admit you lack "legal expertise," I suggest you stop posting before you create more liability for MSU.
January 15, 2026 at 4:54 PM
"There has been no admission as to any illegal activity."

Page 17 documents the $200,000 NBN pass-through and the $10,000 Fiscal Fee. The document itself is the admission of Conduit Fraud. Your tweet saying "I didn't admit it" doesn't magically erase the PDF you just uploaded.
January 15, 2026 at 4:54 PM
"Expect to hear from our legal representatives" is an objective statement. In First Amendment jurisprudence, the standard is whether a "person of ordinary firmness" would feel threatened. You don't get to redefine the plain English meaning of your own threats just because you got caught making them.
January 15, 2026 at 4:54 PM
Jesse, you cannot have it both ways.

You cannot claim you "lack the expertise" to assess federal violations (Tweet 1) and then immediately declare that "no law has been violated" (Tweet 3).

If you aren't qualified to read the law, you aren't qualified to clear yourself.
January 15, 2026 at 4:54 PM
Why would you want to extend an "olive branch" to criminals and thieves who demonstrate no sign of remorse?
January 15, 2026 at 3:24 PM
I look forward to discussing Schedule O and the $200,000 NBN laundering transaction with your counsel under penalty of perjury.

Consider this a formal notice to preserve all records related to 'Job Guide' revenue and the 'Fiscal Fee.'

See you in Discovery.

'Expect to hear from our legal representatives.'

Thank you, Jesse. This is exactly what I wanted. You have just threatened a whistleblower with legal action in a public forum immediately after being presented with evidence of financial fraud. That is a Federal Retaliation Claim wrapped in a bow.
January 15, 2026 at 3:13 PM
Thank you for the public admission that your initial filing was defective. 'Inadvertently' omitting the exact 8 pages that contain your financial disclosures is quite a clerical error.

Speaking of omissions: Where is the 2024 Annual Report?

By funneling charitable assets to subsidize Marshall Poe's commercial ad network, you violated the Private Benefit Doctrine.
January 15, 2026 at 2:23 AM
The IRS calls this "Conduit Fraud." A 501(c)(3) cannot act as a conduit for a non-exempt entity unless it exercises "variance power" (control) over the funds.

Your numbers match perfectly ($200k In -> $200k Out). You exercised zero control. You were just a pipe used to evade taxes.
January 15, 2026 at 2:23 AM
Revenue: "Fiscal Fee ... $10,000.00"

Expenditure: "Awards & grants to others ... $200,000.00"

You sold H-Net's 501(c)(3) status for a 5% vigorish ($10k) to wash a tax-deductible grant into a private, for-profit advertising business.
January 15, 2026 at 2:23 AM
According to NBN's own "About" page: "The primary source of revenue for the NBN is advertising... programmatic advertisements... direct advertisements."

NBN is a Commercial Media Company selling ad inventory on "5 million downloads a month."

Page 17 of your "corrected report" reveals the grift:
January 15, 2026 at 2:23 AM
Thanks for the "Corrected" Report, Jesse. The missing pages (16-23) were indeed illuminating.

Specifically, Page 12 and Page 17 confirm that H-Net acted as a pass-through for $200,000 from the "Foundation for Open Societies" to the "New Books Network" (NBN).

The Problem: NBN is not a charity.

Is it true that H-Net is under investigation by the Michigan Attorney General for money laundering, wire fraud, and civil rights violations?
