Doc is the engineer of the Judgement Day Project, destined to destroy the Akah-Uten Cosmos. The majority of his time was spent managing the income of resources for the project, rather than working on the construction of the bomb that would ultimately destroy the cosmos.

BlackWell Pink is an immortal woman who lives for the entertainment of making the Judgment Day Project run into difficulties. This is a task she is well oriented to because she might as well be an agent of chaos, the polar opposite of Doc, who is the head of the project.
