This is the secret to staying relatively happy and sane on social media, that and stepping away and doing something else if you start getting angry rather than letting yourself doomscroll and fall into a dreadful rabbit hole

As a Canadian, this whole shebang has been a really hard pill to swallow. But there is something wonderful to take in when realizing how long they did manage to last, multiple generations grew up on what they put out, even my young zoomer self got to see it all.
