My city built record amounts of housing this year. A lot of it was expensive downtown luxury condos. Consequently, it's seen the sharpest drop in housing prices IN THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.

Exactly. The people who move into that expensive apartment leave their old place behind, which will likely go for less because it's older and there's more housing supply to compete with, and the effect works it's way down lowering housing prices across the spectrum

My fiance just started playing it for the first time, this month!

Best soundtrack of the generation, for sure. I think the game doesn't get a fair shake because of the comparisons to CT. Judged on its own and not as a sequel to Chrono Trigger I think its a fantastic game.

AHHH I love it!

They're not wrong, though

But this was struck down based on Constitutional violations and not violations of the VRA. Even if the entire VRA was struck down, this ruling would still be justified.

I haven't had a working dishwasher in almost a decade, but just looked at my local grocery store and didn't realize how dire it's become. There's like, one powder option, one liquid option, and 1000 different pods

Or you can just buy powder and not need to break up anything

Ah this ad! Made by Chris Cunningham, the director behind Aphex Twin's "Come to Daddy," "Rubber Johnny," and "Windowlicker" music videos, Bjork's "All is Full of Love," and other really weird stuff like this ad. Used to have a DVD of a bunch of his stuff and this ad was on it.

On top of that, you can change the difficulty at any time in the settings menu - if you hit a brick wall, you can drop the difficulty for a fight if you want to

So adding Jump to the timeline would be a balance change, that I guess they didn't want to make. IMO they should have, as a QOL improvement, maybe reducing damage or something else to offset it or something.
October 29, 2025 at 12:06 PM
I can only assume this is a balance thing - in the original, there was no way to see when a Jump would land before you finalize the command - it's always a gamble. But with spells etc, you CAN check the timing beforehand, it was just a PITA.

I live in Texas, in the middle of a massive drought, and until a few months ago, it was legal for an HOA to issue you massive fines if your lawn wasn't green and regularly watered - even if it was against city drought restrictions to do so.
