It’s getting harder and harder to tell The Onion apart from news outlets…

At some point I noticed he was drifting. More and more antagonizing marginalized groups, more obstinate refusal to acknowledge privilege, more conspiracy theories, and so many episodes about aliens. It lost it’s appeal eventually

I used to listen. I never thought of him as insightful, but I did feel like he had interesting guests and approached conversations with earnestness and curiosity that made for some (not all) great conversations. I haven’t listened in years though.
