I used to love the Galle Face Hotel - it’s sadly not what it was. My favourite was the new oriental hotel - when I first stayed it was $100 for the presidential suite - now it’s $1500!

Good morning Kevin, a cyclone hit Sri Lanka a few days ago so it’s been pretty wet. But the sun is now shining in Galle and the best thing is that a plane is about to land carrying daughter and granddaughter so will definitely enjoy seeing those

Well - the issue I had as a child was my mother went to school with my dentist - her long lasting memory was him putting acid into the fish tank (HCl not LSD!) so your sadist comment rings a bell.
BTW - I still have almonds from fortnam mason at home - just not really been there for a few months

I hope it goes well. A few years ago I was having a root canal treatment and realised it was the most relaxed I’d been for months - it certainly made me realise that I needed to spend more time relaxing - I’ve partly achieved that!!!

Good morning Kevin, I’m also preparing for a trip. I got so pissed off with the weather that I’m leaving for Sri Lanka this evening. Plan is to stay there until first week in December and then Goa until Xmas
