I've been using hot glue, rubber bands or a combo to seal the molds as well with varying degrees of success
Not super happy with those either
Open to suggestions

I think a vacuum chamber might solve it, but I don't have one
I did see a YouTube on how to make one for cheap though

That works well with flat molds
the mold for the drops is a 2 piece mold
The bottom comes out fine
You can see there are issues with either an unsightly sprue or a divot, & bubbles on the top that are nearly impossible to avoid

The problem I'm having is with a 2 piece mold
It leaks around the edges despite tricks (tried rubber bands, hot glue etc), & bubbles get trapped at the pour hole
I'm not giving up though

The purple drops are still a wip
I have 3 different molds, all are problematic in their own special way lol
The best mold needs a vacuum chamber tbh. Resin invariably gets air bubbles at the top

I am am fairly happy with how a lot of the beads turned out
Due to the way the molds are made, they all end up with a flat spot. That's ok, it's pretty easy to cover with a fancy bead cap
