Oh and there is teen sex!
That could be a dealbreaker. I know we watched some horror with my daughter starting around 10 but drew the line at sex. I still recall the day we were watching Underworld 2ish and forgot about the upcoming sex scene and didn’t skip ahead. Whooboy!
But she turned out ok 😂

Well, there isn’t a lot of gross out horror or jump scares in the show, but the heavy psychological themes. Loss, entrapment, parents losing kids, kids losing parents, abuse in the name of science. The kind of stuff that will need a good unpacking if y’all do watch.

Wyrmling seems fairly precocious based on what I see here. There are some thorny issues addressed, but I think you’d be safe to watch ep1 and test the waters. Do his deep thoughts usually keep him up at night or cause nightmares? Cause I suspect he will have deep thoughts.
