Definitely the third. Beyond what others have said, how essential is it to emphasize this recruiter is London-based? Especially since they recruit for firms in other cities. The other choices draw attention away from the main content and the CTA.

I don't think it's too challenging so long as you're sticking with cookie-based sessions. You would need to integrate the webhook to persist users locally in your DB or have your signup redirect your user to a route that sets them up locally.
