I know most historic periodicals only through bound volumes. I recently acquired some Architectural Review back issues from the 1930s and 1940s. Some of the covers are incredible!

University House, the vice-chancellor's residence, designed by Alan Balfour and Colin Beck as an integral part of the original mid-1960s' RMJM campus. Incredibly, @york.ac.uk has no further use for this and plans to demolish it.
