I appreciate the in-depth analysis! I plan to reread it to pay more attention to Ava and Bea's actions. Whenever they were showing each other love at the same time, it's heaven. These moments tees up the lows to hurt more when things fall apart. It's a pleasure discussing this chapter with you!

In terms of Bea hurting Ava, the times I remember was when Bea tried to hide her attraction to Ava which wrecked them both. What other times do you think Bea hurt her purposely?

Yeah, I feel that Ava didn't have a solid plan on how to come out. She knew trying to hide their relationship would hurt Bea, but she didn't do so maliciously. Ava was just afraid of losing what she worked so hard for.
