Yes this is good! Can you take a picture of the unit so I can see what we’re working with and where things are positioned? I want to look at the float switch because usually that bastard and cleaning the coils go HAND in hand. They’re all different, but it should look something like this

3. There should be a wrapped copper pipe that looks something like this. undo some of the foam and touch the pipe. If it’s cold, compressor is working. if not cold. Probably compressor and there are other options we can go thru
