Finished adding a new npc to move all the credits onto today (and whom also gives info on how to evolve certain mon). Think all I've got left to do is to update the documentation and then it's done so watch this space!

Also includes a lot of typical qol patches used across other pmd mods out there, such as move shortcuts and the fairy type. Speaking of which, Eevee can now evolve into sylveon, and disarming voice and moonblast have been added. Several regional variants are coming soon.

- all traditional starters from gens 5-9 have been added as starters, as well as zorua and rockruff.
- sadly excludes grookey, as there's no open source assets I can use yet
- the mod is split into two versions based around partner options
- partners formerly exclusive to time and darkness return!
