Sounds very similar to what we had 2010-2024 in UK.
Public sevices were gutted, and corruption rife. Dodgy 'brexit' lost most of us rights to work and live in EU.
It was a long , hard, soul searching journey back for the Labour Party, but we did it.
Take heart from this:

Sounds very similar to what we had 2010-2024 in UK.
