I'm also growing bok choy in my Aerogarden! It grows so fast, it's crazy. [And my cat tries to eat it, sadly. So it has bite marks in it. 😆]

Most doctors/nurses have trouble pronouncing mine and just kind of stare at me until I pronounce it for them. Referring to it as HS is way easier. [Also they don't know how to treat it either, so... yeah.]
