We r so traumatized as survivors we talk shit just to validate each other that we’re not crazy. My parents behavior is something we try to position as abnormal bc it is but in toxic households abuse gets normalized often.

Ikr but I suppose I set myself up by procrastinating on a major paper & ruining my sleep schedule Saturday night 🤕. It’s hard running on little sleep. Yeah I mean I don’t physically write things as much as I did when I was a teenager but a woman’s notes app is her best friend 😭 (1/2)
