Prepped the pepper bed for winter. Poblanos, jalapeños, and datils, with one zulu. The zulus, a black sweet pepper, were interesting, but the flesh was rather thin and the peppers were pretty small. Next year will plant the other peppers but not the zulus. Will try to find another sweet pepper.

I have started researching for a cowl to put over the grinder that can be attached to a vacuum to manage the dust.
